Just got my new UT5 Max in the mail yesterday and have LOVED riding it so far. I was concerned it wouldn't actually reach the max speed of 31 MPH, but it definitely gets all the way there. Even at that speed, it feels very sturdy and safe. I would highly recommend this to anybody in the market for a scooter. Game changer for my commute.
I'm a big dude and I'm maxing out the 330 Lbs limit of this scooter. It's working flawlessly and brings up to speed without any troubles. I'm loving it so far :)

I am currently waiting for the results of the technical team’s engineering evaluation of my UT5 Max. I am experiencing significantly lower range than expected—approximately 20 miles on a full charge with about 20% battery remaining, while riding on paved roads without significant hills and with a rider weight of approximately 290 pounds.
Because my performance and battery concerns are still being investigated, I would prefer to wait until NAVEE completes the engineering evaluation before submitting my review.
Once I receive the technical team’s findings and the matter is resolved, I will be happy to provide an honest and accurate review based on my actual experience with the scooter.

I’ve been using this NAVEE scooter for about two weeks and it’s already part of my daily routine. Build quality feels solid, the deck is comfortable, and it handles city streets and short trips without drama.
What I use it for most is errands. I can hang grocery bags on the handlebars and ride home without extra trips — the photos show exactly how I use it. It also parks neatly indoors and doesn’t take much space.
The display is easy to read, battery has been reliable for my usual distances, and folding/unfolding is simple. Lights and overall fit-and-finish feel better than I expected at this price.
No major complaints so far. If you want a practical scooter for commuting and everyday tasks, this one has been a good buy for me.

More powerful than you'd think, even if you are a heavier rider like me!
Rides super smooth and looks awesome too. The power totally caught me off guard. Fair warning — the acceleration is absolutely insane, it’ll blow your mind! Perfect pick for anyone who loves speed and lives for that huge adrenaline rush.
I originally purchased the gold flagship scooter for myself, and it’s honestly amazing—super fast, great battery range, looks premium and feels really safe to ride.
I liked it so much that I immediately ordered the silver and red version for my family and friends. The silver-red color combo is sporty and gorgeous, and it has exactly the same great speed, long endurance and solid safety as the gold model.
They all absolutely love it! Such a fantastic scooter, totally worth every penny. I would definitely buy it again and highly recommend it to everyone.
I’ve been using the UT5 Max for my daily commute for a while now and overall I’m pretty happy with it. The acceleration is strong enough for city riding, and the battery life has been reliable for my day-to-day use without needing to charge too often.
I mainly use it for commuting to work and short trips around the city, and it’s made getting around a lot more convenient. If you’re looking for something for short-distance commuting, I think this one is definitely worth considering.

Been riding my NAVEE UT5 for a bit now and I'm impressed. Like the multi-road capability, it doesn't care if it's asphalt or a rougher path. This weekend was the real test — rode through a couple serious downpours and it didn't miss a beat. That IPX6 waterproofing is legit.
Amazing scooter!
The UT5 Max has such a smooth ride. This is my third scooter, and 2nd one from Navee. Riding the same roads with all of them, this is like riding in a car and I can barely feel or notice the seams in sidewalks or bumps in the road. The speed and how fast it gets up to speed are both great and I like using the boost feature on the one hill I have to go up and down. This was an upgrade from the Navee ST3 Pro and I am super happy that every feature is upgraded.
