High quality scooter, better than i expected. I am surprised at how affordable the scooter is and the tech it comes with. Full suspension, findmy integration and full app control. It is powerful enough for me to ride around town, 20mph is fast, standing in this scooter. Suspensions are plush and good brake system. I am loving it and already referred friends that bought it, we are going to start a scooter club at work, lol. There are plenty of other scooters out there, but the Navee G5 is the best bang for your buck. Also, shipping speed was awesome, ordered on the 15th of October, and was at my door delivered by fedex on the morning of 18th.

battery shiould be longer

Strap broke the second time I took it out on the course. I reached out to customer support and they said without a proper receipt they would not warranty part. Granted I purchased two from their website directly. ( I did bit anticipate anything breaking the first week so I ended up earning the email order with receipt) Customer service support is horrible. Would not recommend
