Strap broke the second time I took it out on the course. I reached out to customer support and they said without a proper receipt they would not warranty part. Granted I purchased two from their website directly. ( I did bit anticipate anything breaking the first week so I ended up earning the email order with receipt) Customer service support is horrible. Would not recommend

Arrived dead. Customer service has been poor in communicating both time wise and providing solution. Honestly surprised I got this review offer since I’m still waiting on customer support to respond on my ticket.

Just got my new UT5 Max in the mail yesterday and have LOVED riding it so far. I was concerned it wouldn't actually reach the max speed of 31 MPH, but it definitely gets all the way there. Even at that speed, it feels very sturdy and safe. I would highly recommend this to anybody in the market for a scooter. Game changer for my commute.
