I really love this product. It works great going over bumpy roads and hills, overall is a smooth easy ride. I appreciate the anti-theft setting when you set it to mobile lock; it definitely gives me peace of mind. Not to mention the apple find my feature enabling me to know where my scooter is at all times. One thing I would like to note is that you must set the startup speed setting to 1.8 miles per hour, because if you set it any lower motor will only kick in at random intervals. If you live in a city and need something to get you short distances in less time than a car, then this is the product for you.
