      My scooter max speed only 12mph. Also I did not get the phone holder and lock. Also no customer support is answering any questions.

      Bad experience

      Bad experience with the scooter. It arrived in a very bad condition with lots of issues like brake, regen, some parts are not aligned, disk rotors out of alignment. Very very bad experience. This scooter can easily wobble on high speed there is no stability. I would highly recommend to not buy this. The customer service is not helpful enough to answer most of my questions

      Don't let the compact design fool you—this 1000W motor is powerful! It zips through traffic and climbs my neighborhood hill with ease. The quick-fold mechanism is handy for storing in my apartment's small closet.
