The Navee ut5 Max is so great. It is my first time to buy the scooter, and it is so amazing. I couldnt resist to have a ride on it everyday. The performance is great and the speed is so cool.
I’ve been using the NAVEE ST3 Pro for a week now, and it’s been a good experience for commuting in Corvallis during the fall.
• Performance: The power is very impressive, and the battery life remains reliable in temperatures below 10°C.
• Stability: The suspension system is excellent. It feels very stable even on wet surfaces, when riding over fallen leaves or uneven asphalt.
• Suggestion: It would be a great improvement if the app added a feature to set a charge percentage limit to help preserve battery health.
• Accessories: Just a heads-up to other riders: the handlebar is a bit thick, and there is limited space. Be sure to check the compatibility for accessories before purchasing.
Overall, a highly recommended, comfortable scooter for city commuting!
I found the UT5 Pro scooter to be excellent, but I still prefer the XT5 Pro; I find the XT5 more comfortable to ride, even though its suspension is quite noisy. The UT5 has handlebars that are positioned too high and too far back, which causes discomfort. I also own a Segway ZT3, and the height of its steering column—and how far forward it’s positioned—makes for a much more comfortable daily riding experience. As for the design—well, I won’t even bother comparing the NAVEE to any of its competitors; it’s not for nothing that I own two of them! I’m very satisfied with the high-end scooters I have. One piece of feedback, though: please improve the plastic trim—the material used is of very poor quality. It’s a silly place to cut costs on an otherwise premium product. On my XT5, all the trim pieces near the wheels have already broken; I had to glue them all back together using a two-part epoxy, which is really disappointing for a brand like this. I’m not complaining about the scooters themselves—they are spectacular—this is just the opinion of someone who is a big fan of the brand. By the way, I’m originally from Brazil but currently live in Ohio; NAVEE is very well-regarded here, and scooters have become a huge trend. Don’t wait too long to expand—several other major brands are already well-established in the country.

...but Fedex had a delivery with a required signature window on Friday 10a-2p. Then switched it to Saturday after that window passed on Friday, then at 3 pm on Saturday swapped to Sunday (same window). Now I'm sitting here at 2053 on Sunday night and it says it's still on the way and they're looking for a new delivery date.
I've missed with and had to miss out on activities and errands I needed to do this weekend because I needed to be here for signature with no way to get the signature requirement dropped.
