The Birdie 3X has great features and good build quality for much cheaper than the competition out there.
My only beef (and reason for only 4 stars) is with Customer Support. They moved rather slowly to replace a defective part. It did eventually get replaced, but even so the experience leaves a bad taste in your mouth after spending so much on an electric cart.
Nevertheless I am happy with the product, and looking forward to many golf rounds together!!!

Great value for money...all my friends with Segways were super impressed and begged me to take it around the block. Great battery life and after the unlock, great speed and stability. The suspension is amazing.
I really love this scooter! It has honestly made my life so much easier, especially when commuting to work. It’s very practical, convenient, and easy to use, and I love how much technology and security are built into it.
What really surprised me is the suspension. The ride is so smooth that sometimes it doesn’t even feel like I’m riding a scooter. It feels like I’m just gliding over the road. The suspension makes a huge difference, especially when riding over uneven streets and bumps.
I also really appreciate the security features and the technology. Everything feels well thought out and modern. I feel comfortable and secure while riding it.
I am happy with my purchase and I definitely reccomend this scooter!
I love 💕 love this cart. I played my 1st round of golf ⛳️ today. It was the first time in over 30yrs that I was able to walk and play golf. At first I couldn’t get the cart to follow me after I put it in pause, (nothing that Google couldn’t handle) press the start button again for a second and the cart switches back to follow mode. I just love this cart, and it got a lot of attention on the course too…fun stuff, fun day. Navee, Thanks for getting this old lady back walking and playing again.
