Navee deleted my review so here it is again.
Long story short the product was defective. The battery switch kept vibrating off. This happened 4 or 5 times in the first 18 holes. They originally told me to monitor the situation because I didn’t have a video of the defect. I finally broke down and took a video. They finally agreed to return the defective product. They sent me an email with instructions. In the email they asked me to cover the battery label so UPS would not know what they were transporting, absolutely not. Below is that email.

You can ship your product to our service center for return. Please follow the below steps and instructions for a smooth return process:
1. Properly pack your product using the original packaging or similar packaging with sufficient protection to avoid any damage to the product during transportation.
2. Print the shipping label that you will receive from our return service provider, and cover the Class 9 hazmat symbols printed on the outer box with blank labels. Otherwise, your package will be very likely to be held by UPS Hazmat Department, and you need to pick up the package at UPS if this situation happens.
3. NOTE! The shipping label will be valid within the 14 days after being created, you can drop off your parcel in any UPS drop off point, find the nearby UPS drop off point here:

4. Last but not the least, unbind the scooter from APP and turn off the scooter before packing. Thank you again for your understanding and cooperation.

Generally I am happy with the purchase so far. The ride is comfortable, feels solid and delivers close to advertised speeds. Out of the box the latch to look when folding doesn’t easily latch onto the hook. I had to adjust the clip on the handlebars.
I will say the shipping provider they use is FedEx in the US and requires a signature to deliver. I live in an apartment and gave clear instructions to call me via the callbox. They never called and the first 2 times. The 3rd I received a message that they tried to deliver, but didn’t call me. Luckily I ran downstairs before the truck left.
I Have been using the V50i pro since 2025 the start of 2025 it was a Christmas gift. It has been good I don’t live in a suburban community and I live in a more hilly type of street. The v50i pro has surprisingly managed to keep up climbing the hill about 5 to 8 times a day which is good. I’ve had to change the motor for the about of time I’ve used it. The new motor feels so good. Just like if I’ve never changed it I was going to buy an after market motor but. I realized that it wouldn’t be good and so I went with the most safer option. I’m glad to say that I own a v50i pro.
