Great scooter for me. I am a senior and love hopping on and riding around.
Arrived dead. Customer service has been poor in communicating both time wise and providing solution. Honestly surprised I got this review offer since I’m still waiting on customer support to respond on my ticket.
Hi Zairryn, we’re truly sorry that your scooter arrived damaged and that you haven’t received timely support. Our customer service team will actively follow up on your issue and provide an appropriate solution to address the problem. We appreciate your patience and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Just got my new UT5 Max in the mail yesterday and have LOVED riding it so far. I was concerned it wouldn't actually reach the max speed of 31 MPH, but it definitely gets all the way there. Even at that speed, it feels very sturdy and safe. I would highly recommend this to anybody in the market for a scooter. Game changer for my commute.
This charger far exceeded my expectations it literally charged my scooter that normally takes 8 hours in almost less than two I'm so happy with Navee and their products
The Navee UT5 Ultra X is an impressive electric scooter that combines a sleek design, solid construction, and an enjoyable riding experience. It feels well built and delivers the kind of performance that makes riding both fun and practical. The comfortable ride, stable handling, and responsive controls make it a great choice for commuting or cruising around town.
I really appreciate the attention to detail and the overall premium feel of the scooter. It has a modern look, plenty of appeal for riders who want something beyond a basic electric scooter, and the versatility to make everyday trips more enjoyable.
Overall, the Navee UT5 Ultra X is a great option for anyone looking for a stylish, capable, and comfortable electric scooter. It offers an excellent combination of design and riding enjoyment. Definitely worth considering for anyone shopping for a quality electric scooter!
