I was super excited to open up my box . And really excited installed it and connected to my app.. and then when I feel ready and feel confident to learn to ride my scooter ..wow! Super incredible and empress. So much enjoyable riding my scooter.. Thanks Navee you give me the best affordable and excellent quality scooter.
I was looking to fulfill both a buisness and pleasure need. My job during lunch requires me to deliver time to time in a downtown setting. Using my vehicle is problematic - parking in fire zones and questionable areas always wondering if I would have a ticket or be towed upon return. So I needed to find an alternative.
I started to l doing research. I needed something both quick and long battery life, at least 40 miles. Hiboy, Segway, and a litany of off brands on Amazon. Almost everything had just as many bad reviews as good. Then I found Navee. I didn't find anyone that wasn't in love with their purchase and the quality.
I've never owned an E-scooter prior to this. I had never even ridden one. I was just taking a leap and the GT5 Max checked all the boxes for me.
I ordered off the website. Communication was fluid on the purchase and delivery timely. Setup was a breeze.
Then came the surprise. This scooter blew my socks off. Extremely easy to operate. Very smooth in both acceleration/deceleration and suspension. I'm 200lbs and it easily tackles hills. It maxes out at 25/mph very quickly. The GT5 is well built and on the heavier side. This isn't a risky dink scooter. It's extremely stable and takes turns at speed like magic. Brakes are very responsive, which given the power of the motor balances well.
The bell/turn signal are nice additions. App easy to navigate. The front mounted light did a decent job illuminating the path at night and rear light adds safety.
So, now I've got the perfect workhorse for my job. Saving me gas and grief, I also get around much faster than a car in the setting.
I also take trips to the grocery store and gym from home each about 5 miles away. I haven't even drained the battery in a single day with what I consider heavy use.
The deck is big enough for me to take my kids out with me too! They love it and it's another avenue to bond with and do that takes them away from a screen. Double win!

I’m really happy with my NAVEE scooter. It has plenty of power, good acceleration, and feels solid and well built. The ride is smooth and comfortable, and the battery life has been good so far. It’s easy to use and a lot of fun to ride. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful and good-quality electric scooter.
Too me, the signficant feature of this cart is the follow-me mode, which is very much convenient and worry-free on my first try. The only improvement in the future is to have a bigger storage area for tees and a few golf balls, the bag is a bit small.
We have a 14- and 17-year-old, and after doing a lot of research, we decided on two G5s, one for each son. We had originally planned to buy scooters from Costco, but ultimately chose the G5 largely because of the dual suspension and higher top speed.
The boys are extremely happy with them! Assembly was easy right out of the box, and everything was packaged really well. Charging is fast, and we especially love the “Find My” feature and the ability to lock the scooters through the app.
So far, we have absolutely no regrets. The G5 has been a great purchase, and both boys are loving their scooters!
