NAVEE Birdie 3X | Auto-Follow Electric Golf Cart

Found the cart pretty easy to assemble outside of the cell phone holder. I took it out for a round and am still learning how best to guide it in follow mode. It did topple over 3 times in uneven areas and got stuck on a curb. Something I am sure I can adjust to as I use it more. Battery life and push assist were great. I definitely felt more refreshed after walking a somewhat hilly course. Flat courses should be a breeze.

I understand that it's a machine made with a lot of research. I'm very satisfied because it's so convenient and works so easily. I sincerely recommend this to everyone. Make sure to buy this one.

Looks good control great sturdy and didn’t even use 50% battery on 18 holes. The cup holder and umbrella holder aren’t in the best spot to get the clubs in and out. Overall satisfied with my purchase

Too me, the signficant feature of this cart is the follow-me mode, which is very much convenient and worry-free on my first try. The only improvement in the future is to have a bigger storage area for tees and a few golf balls, the bag is a bit small.

Not too heavy, folds for easy storage or transport. Follow mode is really good, remote works well along with good battery life.

The Birdie 3X has great features and good build quality for much cheaper than the competition out there.

My only beef (and reason for only 4 stars) is with Customer Support. They moved rather slowly to replace a defective part. It did eventually get replaced, but even so the experience leaves a bad taste in your mouth after spending so much on an electric cart.

Nevertheless I am happy with the product, and looking forward to many golf rounds together!!!

I love 💕 love this cart. I played my 1st round of golf ⛳️ today. It was the first time in over 30yrs that I was able to walk and play golf. At first I couldn’t get the cart to follow me after I put it in pause, (nothing that Google couldn’t handle) press the start button again for a second and the cart switches back to follow mode. I just love this cart, and it got a lot of attention on the course too…fun stuff, fun day. Navee, Thanks for getting this old lady back walking and playing again.

The 5 wheel makes the cart tip over more than it stops it from tipping, by digging into the ground. I see now you get a cellphone holder that did not come with it when I got mine so that sucks a little. The battery life is not the greatest, thet say 2 18 hole round the best I have got is 27 holes on one charge but over all once you get use to how it acts on the corse it good just needs some fine tuning.

Cart arrived and is defective, so can not use it yet. Have contacted Navee to get a replacement, but have not received a useable cart thus far, so very disappointed.

The Birdie 3x is excellent for the price. It is relatively easy, light enough for most people to lift, small footprint when folded. The remote is easy to use and more effective than the follow mode. The battery easy to remove and install. However, improvements can be made. The bluetooth loses connection pretty easy when on follow mode. The pouch under the cart's dashboard is too small. My cart flipped over several times on follow mode so it can be improved to be more steady.

On my very first day on the course, the upper bag support strap sheared and frayed apart under standard use.

Doesn’t turn left or follow me. There are no customer service phone numbers to be found and the app registration sucks too

Got the nave 3x birdie this week. Minimal assembly required with simple instructions. Charged up the battery and remote overnight. Ready to go the next morning. Practiced folding and unfolding in the drive way. Paired the remote before loading into the truck. Compact and easy to lift. Plenty of room in truck bed for navee and golf bag. However maybe tight for space in a small sedan trunk space to fit both navee cart and golf bag. Function great on golf course. Power assist mode for tight walking path. Follow mode makes walking hands free and golf rounds so much more enjoyable. The Navee 3x birdie follows and offer the next club for the next shot just like a good caddy. A Caddy without the eye rolls. A Caddy without judgement.
Suggestion for improvement would include an area to attach other accessories such as range finder and magnetic speaker
I do miss a good dirty joke from the old veteran Caddies

Only 1 round in and I’m loving the follow feature. You do need to pay attention to the cart on unlevel terrain. It will tip when travel backwards when following. As long as it’s flat, you’re good.
The remote works very well. Had no issues with it.
The battery life left me feeling a little worried. After a full charge I took it out on 1 round and the battery depleted 3/4 of the way according to the digital display on the cart itself. Not sure I would have felt comfortable taking it out for another 18 or even 9. The claim is that it’s a 36 hole battery…
I have been trying to buy a backup battery and that seems to be a bit of a challenge right now as they are sold out.
Overall 4/5.

Tips over easily on hills compared to my friends electric cart.

With the dual wheel power this thing turns quickly and can get moving pretty fast. Very impressive performance and the follow feature is what makes this the best deal on the market.

I received my NAVEE Birdie 3X electric golf caddy on August 22, 2026. The following day, August 23, I took it out for a test run.

First, I would like to share my impressions of the caddy’s performance. It performed very well on hilly and uneven terrain without any problems. The Follow Me technology also worked extremely well. It followed me very closely and accurately, and I did not experience any issues with this feature. Overall, based on its performance and Follow Me technology, I would highly recommend this product.

However, I do have a few suggestions regarding the design of some of the other components of the push cart.

First, the golf bag base securing strap is too loose. I believe this part should be redesigned with some type of adjustable or elastic mechanism so that the bottom of the golf bag can be secured more firmly and stably.

Second, the mechanism for unfolding and folding the cart does not feel as smooth as it could be. I think the locking tabs and related components could be improved to make the folding and unfolding process smoother and easier.

Third, I feel that the storage options on the cart are somewhat limited. For example, the umbrella holder and cup holder have to be attached separately near the handle of the electric push cart. I believe the overall design could be improved by providing more integrated storage and accessory options.

Those are my impressions and suggestions after using the NAVEE Birdie 3X for the first time. Overall, I am very impressed with its performance, especially the Follow Me function, and I hope these suggestions can help improve future versions of the product.

NAVEE Birdie 3X | Auto-Follow Electric Golf Cart

I have only used it once in the course so far and by and large it was a game changer for my walking golf experience. I did have some trouble with the auto follow after the first hole but I will follow the instructions to re-pair the remote and see if that fixes it. The cart does have a bit of plasticy rattle sound to it when it’s driving around but it’s quieter than my clubs. For the price it’s a great value.

Very responsive in remote mode. Follow me is workable. For the price, it is of great value.

Navee #1 - Texas
The first one, I returned. Used it 3 rounds in flat Texas conditions. First round, Cart died approaching the 18th hole. The next two rounds in Dallas, I was able to finish 18, but battery will not get close to 36 holes as advertised. Each time, I had to either push manually or get a ride back to the house.. The house is about 400 yards from the first tee box.

Navee #2 - Colorado - 8400' Above Sea Level
So far, I've made it for 18 holes without it dying. Always gets to the red battery indicator as I finish the round. Again, No chance of 36 hour battery life as advertised. This course is hilly, up and down, but cart works well and will keep it. Wish I had an additional battery to not fear having to push this cart for a hole or two.

Overall, it is convenient.. Follow me is a 6.5/10. Be very cautious of where you walk. Even some small holes will make the cart flip. Walking around hills, mounds, tall grass... Wheels will spin out and the cart will get "lost" and flip over. Always keep an eye on it. At my Texas course, the follow me took a 90 degree turn straight toward the water on a flat par 5 as I was walking down the middle of the fairway..

It is a bit of a learning experience.. Always keep your eyes on it! Hopefully larger battery options become available.. Wider/more rugged wheel options would be nice too. They do not have the best grip.. Kinda slick rubber

Really a great follow me cart with well thought out features. Turn on follow me mode and then don't have to touch the remote again by pressing the pause button on the cart whenever it is time to hit the ball. Then press the pause button again and it starts following you. And the little red buttons on the handle whenever you're about to go near a difficult terrain is great. Only wish is that it had a score card holder....

Got this cart a month ago, and honestly? It’s made golf way more fun. The power assist is no joke — I can play 18 holes without breaking a sweat, even on courses with a ton of hills. It’s quiet, stable, and folds up easy to fit in my car. Only wish I’d bought it sooner
