Scooter and App need better customizations

There were issues with the automated shipping details and status updates but at the end of the day, Navee Tech did fulfill within 2–5 days (technically a week). The GT3 Max has a decent amount of range. Considering my commute range and where I ride, this scooter was great for the price.

However, I'm really disappointed with the Navee APP. There needs to be more customizations. For instance, my commute would be perfect if I could set the cruise speed according to what I want. In mode 2, I need to hit 15mph/24kph but it cruises at 12mph/19kph. In mode 3, I hit 20mph/32kph and stay cruising at 20mph/32kph. It would be nice if I could customize the cruise speed for both modes because even though 20mph is nice, I don't really want to go that fast all the time depending on my route. Being able to set the cruise speed for both modes would make the riding experience more efficient and tailored.

Even better would be the option to adjust acceleration or torque. There are times I want smoother starts, especially in tighter areas, but at the moment there's no way to control how hard or fast the scooter kicks in. A simple low-medium-high setting for acceleration power would make a big difference depending on the situation.

Also, there should be an option to toggle kick-to-start. Some riders may prefer that extra safety feature, but others like myself would rather have the ability to throttle from a standstill without needing to push off. This would be especially helpful when stopped on inclines or in tighter commuting conditions where kick-starting feels awkward or unsafe.

To explain further, I commute by bike and often ride alongside cars in the bike lane. I'm very aware of my surroundings, and having to push off with my foot in traffic or near intersections adds unnecessary risk and effort. Being able to simply throttle from a stop is safer and more efficient. This is why I emphasize the importance of customizing both cruise and max speed according to the modes. Similar to the point about acceleration or torque, I wouldn't mind if the throttle acceleration is slow rather than fast—as long as I don't have to kick off. Part of the benefit of using alternative transportation like this is to conserve energy, and being forced to physically push off every time defeats that purpose.

Right now, the app feels like a basic add-on rather than an actual tool to enhance the experience. If Navee Tech wants to stand out, improving the app should be a top priority.

All that said, the hardware seems solid so far and the scooter handles well. However, today, 8/12/2025. I'm seeing a big red flag. I was at 77%. I was on my way to work and it dropped to 48. Now this is fine. However by the time I got off work and head back home, the battery was at 16%. I don't know if this will be an issue because I'm sure I didn't use up that much battery and my commute is only 4 miles. If the app gets improved, and IF the issue I came across earlier is not an ongoing one, then this would be an easy recommendation.

GT3 MAX makes riding a real joy!!!

I’d like to say that this scooter is really great value for the quality it delivers. It’s very well made. I love the cruise control that kicks in at 20mph so you can take you thumb off the throttle. It slow down naturally when you take the thumb off the throttle as well so you don’t need to brake hard. It’s got indicators that make a beeping sound to remind you to turn it off after your turn is made. It covers about 34 miles at 20mph for a 125lb person. Great range. Suspension is good over bumps. App allows you to lock the scooter and see how many miles were covered and battery left.
Amazing customer service as well!!! Performs like a $900 scooter but half the price. Thank you Navee!!

This scooter changed my commute game!

I was skeptical at first, but the GT3 MAX blew me away. The 500W motor handles hills like a champ, and the range? I can hit up the grocery store, drop off the kids, and still have juice left. The suspension makes bumpy roads feel smooth, and the LED display is super easy to read. Worth every penny!

Sleek, fast, and reliable

Been using this for 1 months now, and it’s been a workhorse. The folding design fits perfectly in my trunk, which is a lifesaver for weekend trips. Battery lasts longer than advertised—got 28 miles on a single charge last week. Only small gripe? The horn is a bit quiet, but that’s minor. Highly recommend!

My teen loves it (and so do I)

Bought this for my 16-year-old, and it’s been the best purchase. He uses it to get to school and hang out with friends, and I love that I can track his rides via the app. The safety features—like the rear brake light and reflectors—give me peace of mind. It’s sturdy enough to handle his roughhousing, too. No complaints here!
