I cannot state to the quality of this scooter because it was purchased as a gift and has not yet been opened. What I can say is that the process of obtaining this scooter was seamless. I researched a bit online, found out that this was the one that best met my needs, and ordered it, and from there it was a perfect experience from order to door.
Navee contacted me with every update on the order. They directed me to communities where people gather to share there love of scooters. They directed me to links to videos to show me how to safely operate this new vehicle.
And 4 days later, it arrived in perfect condition. Navee had emailed me to let me know it would be arriving, so I was present to sign for the delivery.
I couldn’t expect more, and I would gladly do business with this company again.
