Parts came sooner than expected very pleased with the scooter

Feels solid, smooth ride, easy to use and setup with app. P.S. double click power button to change speed settings. Came default in D, double click to S to go above 13 mph. Thank you NAVEE!

Nice and quick, comfortable, and a host of great features that my previous scooter (not a Navee) didn't have.

Great basic scooter. Big wheels and pneumatic tires make for a smooth ride.

I recently received our Navee GT3 Pro bundle to take on camping trips. Scooters came well packaged and easy assembly. Unfortunately with all of the snow we have not had a chance to try them yet. We can't wait for a break in the weather. Will update soon.

After doing research and didn’t disappoint when chose to buy this ST3 electric scooter. Met all the expectations from quality, performance and price.

My scooters came and were packaged very well. There was very little to have to put together, just 4 screws, It was nice that they include he T handle to install the screws. I charged up my scooter and rode it and it rides great. Using the drive mode, it does 12 mph, and in sport mode I was able to do 20 mph. For reference, I weight 225 pounds. I haven't tested the range yet, but I'm sure it will be fine for the purpose I bought it for. So far I am extremely satisfied with my purchase

I purchased my first e scooter, NAVEE GT3, a week ago. The assembly was easy, and the pairing to the NAVEE app was also very easy. The GT3 is a good choice for me because of its dual suspension, 20 mph, and 31 miles range capabilities.

The NAVEE GT3 scooter is remarkably solid given the budget sale price I got it for ($399). I also own the ST3 Pro. The ride is a little nicer on the ST3, especially for me because I’m 6’5” and 260 pounds and the handlebar is a little higher and it has a little more zip as well. However, the GT3 is completely usable, Solid dual shock absorption and in fact, a little lighter, so easier to carry up the steps. It was hard for me to find how to carry it because the hook mechanism is part of the bell - the lever for the bell is what hooks on to the back bumper. I did not find this until after I had rigged my own system for carrying it because every other scooter I’ve had put that hitch on the stem. I thought they just didn’t include it. Once found it was quite usable. I don’t have anything bad to say about the scooter. It goes somewhere between 19 and 20 mph max but that’s plenty for me. Decent climbing ability also. At the price point it’s almost unbelievable.

I truly astonished about the quality of this product. I researched a vast number of contenders in electric scooter field. Since my primary purpose of electric scooter is last mile commute, I tried to find a scooter with good motor power with good suspension system. After the research, there were only a few candidate left, but I finally chose NAVEE ST3 for the following reason. 1) high enough motor power to climb urban hills (I don't want to buy too powerful one as they can be dangerous and less energy-efficient) 2) Good suspension system (all of other contenders at this price range used spring suspension which are much rigid and less comfortable) 3) Size; the scooter should fit in my car's trunk and many of the scooters with similar machine spec have huge body size which does not fit in my car. After those consideration, my NAVEE ST3 arrived a few days ago, and I truly surprised because of the built quality and Damping Arm technique. The finish of the product is perfect, there was nothing I can point out as faulty. Especially the stability and convenience of the locking system is stunning. Shock damping arms are one of the GOAT part of this scooter. I tried to run over quiet big speed bumps and the scooter can easily run through it without slowing down. I probably need to feel the anti-slip technique in rainy day, but I'm already so satisfied, I'll not change my rating on this product in the future.
